Samson Snapp was an "untouchable" druglord operating in Jolt City and the main target of the alliance between Police Lt. Dani Handler and Martin Rock, the second Green Knight, during the Jolt City storyline The Verdant Vigilante. With several prominent city officials on his payroll, including Assistant District Attorney Jack Fisk, he likely would have remained untouchable, despite the best efforst of Handler and Rock, if he had not provided Vibra-Jackets to the hordes of Apelantis for their quickly-thwarted invasion of the surface world. He is, as of 2008 in story, now awaiting trial for treason.
